Every month, we coach a number of leaders who want to grow as strategic leaders or enterprise leaders.

The typical format is two 60-minute sessions via Zoom or phone per month. The cost is $400 per month for those who work at for-profits or $200 per month for those who work at nonprofits.

We help build strategic organizations through a number of different offerings. For some, we do consulting with their senior teams. For others, we do training with senior leaders or groups of employees. We also do 360 evaluations and financial analyses.

We can do this onsite or virtual. The cost depends on the proposal and scope of work.
